Announcement on Routine Wallet Maintenance

Dear ViteX users,

There will be a routine maintenance of Ethereum wallet. Once the maintenance is completed, new cross-chain deposit addresses will be activated. Users need to deposit assets to the new addresses in case of any inconvenience.

Withdrawal and deposit of ETH and ERC-20 tokens will be suspended from 16:00 (GMT+8) on May 19, 2021 due to the maintenance.

Withdrawal and deposit will be restored as long as the maintenance is done. ETA will be at 16:00 (GMT+8) on May 20, 2021. It could be delayed due to unexpected congestion of Ethereum.

Trading are not affected during the maintenance.
