[ANN] Vite Labs Listing OKB with Mining Capability

OKB will soon be listed and traded on VIteX, mining eligible.
Deposits and Withdrawals of OKB will start at 15:00 HKT (UTC+8), Feb 24.
Trading and market-making as mining of trading pair OKB/BTC will be enabled starting 15:00 (UTC+8) on Feb 25.
